Rep / Travel Teams
Midland Basketball is home to the Midland Waves rep teams, formerly Mystics & Magic! Our teams give boys and girls opportunities to play on competitive travel teams. Team members are selected based on skills and teamwork.
Teams practice one to two times per week with three to four tournaments throughout the season. The season ends with the Provincial Basketball Tournament in the spring.

👦 BOYS: U10/U11, U12/U13, U14, U15, and U19
👧 GIRLS: U10/U11, U12/U13, U14/U15

Get ready to hit the court... The 2026/27 Rep season is just around the corner, and we are excited to announce our upcoming tryouts for the Midland Waves Basketball Association. 🌊
We will be hosting tryouts for the following divisions:
👦 BOYS: U10/U11, U12/U13, U14, U15, and U19
👧 GIRLS: U10/U11, U12/U13, U14/U15
?? IMPORTANT DIVISION UPDATE:
Unfortunately, due to a current shortage of coaches and player registration numbers, we are unable to run tryouts or field teams for our U16/U17 Girls and U16/17 Boys divisions at this time. We sincerely apologize to the affected athletes and families. If circumstances change or coaching resources become available, we will share updates immediately. These players are invited to try out for the division above (if available), if they wish.
